Arbor Financial Group's Chasse Cole just closed a multifamily property purchase in Fort Myers, FL. The buyers were out of state investors & were looking to invest their 1031 exchange funds into an income producing asset.
This recently closed purchase was placed with an aggressive lender. The borrower was able to obtain 75% leverage & a long term fixed rate loan with no prepay. We were able to execute and deliver the new loan post Hurricane Harvey.
