Arbor Financial Group's Chasse Cole just closed on a multifamily apartment refinance with cash out to complete an earthquake retrofit project on this Los Angeles apartment building.

This recently closed refinance was placed with a lender that was able to do a cash out refinance with no tax returns. The borrower had worked with several banks that passed on this deal, but Chasse was able to find a lender willing to do complete this project as well as lock a 5 year rate in the high 4%'s.
