Arbor Financial Group's Chasse Cole just closed on a multifamily apartment refinance with cash out to buyout former partners.

This recently closed refinance was with a multifamily lender that provided an interest-only loan structure. The borrower had worked with a few other lenders & was denied because of issues with the vesting & qualifications . Chasse was able to identify a program that was able to provide an option to close as well as interest only payments for 5 years.
