Arbor Financial Group's Chasse Cole just closed an owner-user purchase in Orange County, CA using the SBA 504 program. The property type was a warehouse facility.
This recently closed purchase was placed with a knowledgeable and experienced SBA lender. The lender was able to get past previous credit challenges and provide a fixed rate, long term loan on the first trust deed. By partnering with a reputable CDC agent, this deal was able to close on time even though it was past the due diligence period by the time the loan request was received.
