Arbor Financial Group's Chasse Cole just closed an owner-user purchase in Long Beach, CA.
This recently closed purchase was placed with a regional bank. The lender was able to work quickly on a short escrow as the borrower was passed by other lenders & time was running out during their contingency period. During the underwriting process, issues popped up due to lack of historical cash flow, minimal down payment, & industry risk. We were able to work through these hurdles & ultimately close on time meeting the customers & agents expectations.
